Sushi Club x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Summit White” — Culinary Minimalism Walks the Street

09/11/2025

Born from the creative fusion of chef Nobu Matsuhisa and designer Chris Stamp, the Sushi Club presents a refined take on the iconic Air Force 1 Low. At first glance, it’s a crisp all-white silhouette, but beneath the simplicity lies a tastefully layered homage to subtle luxury.

The upper wears supple tumbled leather as a blank canvas, while soft beige suede Swooshes add texture without jarring contrast. Branding details are discreetly elegant: “Sushi Club” debossed on the lateral mudguard, metallic insole insignia, and softly etched logos on tongue and heel. A standout flourish: lace dubraes shaped like chopsticks—a playful nod to classic dining ritual that caught eyes upon release.

This isn’t just a once-off release. The model, initially reserved for insiders, now quietly hits public airspace for Fall 2025. A raffle opens on September 10, with winners revealed September 12, signaling the first accessible chapter in this collaboration’s story. With a retail price of $150 USD, it’s perhaps the most attainable, tastefully elevated AF1 in recent memory
